Description
Cellulase RS (Onozuka RS) is an enzyme exhibiting high activities in decomposition of natural cellulose compounds. It is produced by mutant Trichoderma viride derived from the parent strain of cellulase “Onozuka R-10”, and used for obtaining protoplasts and dissolving cell walls in a variety of plants.
