dNTP Mix is a ready-to-use solution with more than 99% purity (confirmed by HPLC) and high stability for High-End PCR. It includes each dNTP (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP) mixed at different final concentration of 2.5, 10 and 25 mM of each nucleotide. It has proven performance in all common Molecular Biology applications including PCR, real-time PCR, high fidelity and long PCR, cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, and DNA sequencing. ZellX-Biochem dNTP Mix is free of DNAse, protease, phosphatase, nuclease, human or E. coli DNA contamination.
