The ZELLX® SARS-CoV-2 RT-qPCR assay kit has been designed and produced for SARS-CoV-2 real-time PCR detection in accordance with the guidelines of the US Center for Disease Control (CDC). The ZELLX® kit provides a precise method for specific SARS-CoV-2 detection and amplification in less than two hours using real time RT-PCR in respiratory specimens, including sputum, nasopharyngeal, oropharyngeal aspirates, washes or swabs, and tracheal aspirates.
